      Amazing management, Employee centric and really good work life balance.

      No downsides yet. Only thing to consider might be the 401k plan. It can be improved

      Honestly all of the pros of this company is gone

      Inconvénients

      - Bad management - No new projects - Monthly silent layoffs - Basically if you are in bench, expect to be laid off - Loyalty means nothing, no culture
