      Good contact with senior management - flat organisation. Opportunity to have a direct input, get involved in all activities and affairs

      Inconvénients

      Lack of career progression because its a small team so not many opportunities but its expanding so in the future will probably be different

      Avantages

      Very supportive work place. They have reasonable expectations and hold you to them, but are flexible when the times call for it

      Inconvénients

      Some departments are smaller personel wise with larger roles to cover, so depending on what you do, you may need to be sure you are a subject matter expert in that field to be sure you maximize your opportunities.
