-Free parking -Good colleagues (who have all since left) -Established name within the finance industry -Opportunity to learn from experienced recruiters -There is progression if you buy in to the Sharp Consultancy way of working

Inconvénients

-Low salary -Micromanaged -KPI is king -No incentives (unless you really love burger king) -'Optional' late finishes on Wednesdays (don't miss this or your commitment will come in to question) -Very high staff turnover -Archaic equipment - CRM is practically steam powered

Avantages

Massive team focus First class training, support and coaching (Internal and external) Exposure to great clients and long term relationships because of the brand/reputation Fun enviroment and culture

Inconvénients

Recruitment is a tough industry at times and the first 12 months can be very up and down. Expectations and standards are high at Sharp, it was a shock post Uni but definitely worth stepping out my comfort zone
