Avantages
A great place to work, so much so that I have joined twice and wouldn't discount a third time. In Rob Castaneda you have a visionary leader who makes sure the whole company shares in the goals of the company but just as important the rewards as well. Given the global nature of the business there is is also the opportunity to move locations if a vacancy exists and a company focus on fostering an aspirational outlook, and developing its staff to fulfill their personal objectives both work-wise but just as importantly health-wise.
Inconvénients
ServiceRocket suffers with the same challenge that many businesses do post the Covid era. Many people working from home while it is attractive negates the value of being in an office where you can learn by osmosis of colleagues. ServiceRocket has addressed this better than most with its strong emphasis on engaging everyone in company wide communications.
