Avantages
Rapidly growing exciting company. Great culture. The senior management is very interested in hearing your opinions and forming the culture, vision, and mission for the company. Everyone across the management gave the same clear message and guidance. Great colleagues, very highly motivated.
Inconvénients
Very long work hours for solution consultants. I was working in the Japan office, and the work seemed to never end. Growing too fast to catch up wit the internal needs, however, the management always wants your honest feedback
