I joined SearchFlow in 2022 on the Order Fulfilment team. Through regular 121s and honest conversations with my manager, after eight months, I was progressed into my current role of Quality and Training Administrator. This role had never been done historically and I felt empowered and believed in that I could do this! The support offered to me from training and regular catch ups with my manager has filled me with confidence in my role. I really enjoy the hybrid working and love coming into the office at the beginning of the week. There is free parking onsite which removes any parking worries!
