      There is a flexibility to work from any place

      Inconvénients

      It is a boutique firm which makes it "cozy" to interact with almost every colleague, however it also makes the career path a little bit hard to be created.

      Would say staff is very friendly and help you with everything

      Inconvénients

      This company doesn't stand with their employees. For them Client is always right and will even just drop their employee just to save the client without even discussing with their employee. There is no internal process to raise or escalated. No warning process before firing. No regards for the people who just joined them even after leaving a big IT giant. Read the contract again and again , because they will not take anytime to fool you with that.
