Micro managed like buggary Expected to pay for everything out of pocket and reimbursed when they feel like it (fees on purchases are not paid back and they will not supply a company credit card) Expected to fly and travel on weekends with no days off to make up for it Aggressive, short tempered higher-ups that push off their work to others to enjoy their 4 day weeks Not able to speak own mind or have ideas as they are so set in their ways, its like cement... No where to move - no ability to move up the ladder as there is no ladder Underpay and steal money by changing bonus policies mid employment so they do not have to pay staff Certain related members in the company make as much as full time staff, even though they work 1-2 days a week
