Good benefits and client relationships, but poor management - Avis employé Technician Sayers Technology

I have so many pros for this company. I feel valued as an employee and feel as though I make a difference. They are always open to feedback and are constantly asking what they can do better. My manager has been understanding and the best boss I could have imagined. This company respects family values and work/life balance.

The only con I can think of would be their policy for maternal leave and healthcare benefits aren't great. That said it is a smaller company, so I expected as much.

The money is not bad and you meet new states.

Every single week you're either driving for hours from and to the hospital or staying at a hotel the whole week in state or flying out of state on Sundays or Mondays and flying back on Fridays. It's usually a 2-3 man group and you have to update/ replace about 500-1000 total units weekly as a group so the work is non-stop from the moment you get to the hospital. It's contract work so you receive no benefits or overtime. It feels like you are living to work instead of working to live.
