      Avantages

      Large financially strong company. Good training. Management will do its best to keep you working during the oil downturn.

      Inconvénients

      Very low pay for offshore work. Starting base hourly pay is 18.50 an hr which is not worth going offshore for. Benefits could be better. Little to no chance for career advancement.

      Avantages

      Great work environment for experienced Paramedics looking for a change off the truck. Expanded scope of practice Able to make decisions without being micro managed. Great Medical Control to work with.

      Inconvénients

      A project could stop and you have to be reassigned causing interruption in pay.
