      Avantages

      This company is decent to work for to get your foot in the door

      Inconvénients

      they will overwork you and burn you out and then complain about your poor work ethic. They are a shady company and don’t have equal pay. This company hires people for the same role at a extremely lord rate. They also have a very high turnover rate and can’t seem to keep the same faces in the door for more than a year. This used to be a great company to work for that actually cared about their employees but unfortunately going downhill and seems to continue to go downhill. Money has been the problem for this company. They’re too busy worrying about expanding when they can’t even keep employees to do the job.
