Avantages
1. If you're a fresher and you didn't got a decent job anywhere and you want to learn, this is the best place for you. 2. If you're an experienced person, you should only join if you're getting better salary/designation from anywhere else. 3. Good to join if you have some constrains related to family matters and you're not able to work for 9hrs/day, SSM offers you a consultant role (pay/hour) which is a good thing. 4. Good company if you want to explore the industrial domain as the clients you'll be working for would be from the industrial domain.
Inconvénients
These are some point which I experience during my journey with this company: 1. Appraisals are not as per industry standards. 2. Commitment contracts even for the experienced employees. 3. They ask for SIGNED BLANK CHEQUE at the time of joining as a security, in case of absconding. 4. Favoritism towards some employees by the senior-most management. 5. Management "compares" the company with one of the top MNCs when some extra-effort-from-employees related policy needs to be implemented but at the time of appraisals/ giving benefits, they use the analogy with the companies which stands in no comparison/a bit lower financials/reputation than this one. 6. Many employee-centric things are said, implemented for a few days, and then "whoosh !" the policy is gone.
