Avantages
The technology is cutting edge, the people (in the field, but not in management) are amazing and the international culture is extremely stimulating.
Inconvénients
The company has no moral culture. Field engineers are worked to death, local operators are exploited and management perpetually deal out criticism without ever considering or confronting the underlying issues. Management is truely useless.
