Avantages
Learning a lot about the industry and having the opportunity to work with different teams is a great experience. My manager is always willing to provide explanations and support, and the people at SCS are very friendly and supportive. I’m enjoying the role and learning a lot, which is great for someone who is hard-working and willing to put in the time to learn.
Inconvénients
PCG handles a significant portion of administrative tasks, although other teams contribute to the overall workload.
Additionally, short staffing across various teams, particularly PCG, has led to longer working hours.
