      - Multi level team collaboration -Good Product (App) & Value prop for merchants

      Inconvénients

      -Unorganized onboarding from first week -Short notice on changes in travel & territory alignment -Limited autonomy in career development as roles can change based on needs of investors -No ramp up period -Role responsibilities did not align to what was originally described by change of 60% of what was originally agreed to. -Unprofessional HR operations, had to ask for proper format to advocate for myself.
