There were clear signals from management that I was already “on the radar,” which made it obvious that the outcome was decided much earlier. In my case, I was told we would connect for discussion, but instead, the termination was executed without giving a fair chance to even address the feedback. Right now, it feels like a hire-fast, fire-fast system with poor transparency and zero employee support.

I had a very disappointing and stressful experience with Restroworks. I was offered a position by the company, and after receiving the offer letter, I made a major life decision — I resigned from my current job in good faith, trusting the commitment made by them. However, within just a few days, the company abruptly revoked the offer letter without any valid justification. This left me in a completely vulnerable situation, as I am now jobless because of their unprofessional and irresponsible behavior. What’s even worse is the complete lack of accountability. When I reached out to request either a revised joining date or any form of compensation for the loss caused, my emails were ignored and no proper response was provided. This clearly shows a lack of basic professionalism and respect for candidates. This kind of conduct is not just unethical, it directly impacts people’s careers and financial stability. Companies must understand that candidates are not numbers — these decisions affect real lives. I strongly urge job seekers to be extremely cautious while dealing with Restroworks. Do not rely on their offer letters unless you have absolute certainty, as they may withdraw it at any notice
