So much to say…leadership, favoritism, nepotism, lack of diversity and inclusion, arrogant leadership, doesn’t walk the walk, or talk the talk. Pay just terrible.

We appreciate the feedback as there is always room for improvement. We have a strong leadership team at both the executive and line levels and live our core values of respect, accountability, and kaizen on a daily basis. Our pay structure is competitive for all roles as we offer base and bonus compensation, with the bonus intentionally structured to incentivize our employees to meet and exceed monthly or quarterly goals.
Supportive work environment; Team work atmosphere; Priority on promoting positive employee morale; Staff make an effort to be courteous to one another and clients; Flexible schedule contributes to positive work life balance; Positive work environment; Management is very supportive; Office is kept neat and clean
Inconvénients
Some staff need more training on how to communicate effectively which would improve the quality, and quantity of work and productivity
Insanely high goals and when you get commission check that you get all of it. No communication, sales being stolen and given to the " house" or to other reps they like better
