Everything. This company is so poorly managed. They are con artists, rip off artists. Miserable employees working for a miserable company. There is zero accountability at this company. The rip off the tenants, the homeowners, and the agents. No one makes a decent living expect upper management. They used to have over 22,000 doors under management. Now, they have less than 8000. The reason is simple….they provide horrible service. However, they refuse to accept the facts or change anything. Upper management paints a picture of a healthy company. “EBITDA, blah, blah, blah”. They have no growth plan. Their growth plan is to charge more for worse service. GA technology should investigate the cash flow surge prior to purchasing RW. They started charging tenants a monthly 1% payment processing fee, increase lease signing fee by $50 and took management up in all markets. Losing almost 66% of your managed doors is not a growth plan. There is zero communication. Everyone is a liar. They paid almost $10,000,0000 to build the paperwork into a corporate electronic system. I’ve been waiting 2 hours this morning to generate a lease. Everything at RW is an absolute joke. Sadly, the joke is on me. The take $250 a month from the agents to provide us with what? No advertising, no guidance, no future.
