It’s important not to judge the company based solely on appraisal percentages without considering the base salaries.

Career Growth: Yes, you will have good opportunities for your career growth as you will get to handle dedicated project, specially if you are a fresher then you will get to learn alot. Work-Life Balance: 9-hour workdays with occasional WFH options. No salary deduction for occasional 5-10 minute late arrivals, which is better than many Kolkata companies. Sometimes, you may need to extend your working hours for project deliveries. Compensation & Benefits: They offer a good salary along with two appraisals per year, which is a great advantage. In terms of job security, they are among the best compared to other companies in Kolkata. Management: You will receive all necessary documents and your Full & Final settlement promptly, without any unnecessary delays or excuses.

Work-Life Balance: Currently, only alternate Saturdays are off. Having every Saturday off would improve work-life balance. Company Culture: sometimes you may encounter office politics but it doesn't affect your job.
