definitely the best company I have work with. Readsoft has a greatest company culture, where people love to help each other. Readsoft has a great employee benefit, really take care of his employee so we can really focus on our work. Sad to say goodbye to Readsoft brand.

Great people, great leadership, great environment. ReadSoft USA is almost too good to believe. They truly live the motto, Work Hard, Play Hard. Motivation comes in so many ways, and ways that I've never experienced previously starting with leadership, support, camaraderie. Coworkers are always willing to go the extra mile for customers and each other.

The company was recently acquired by Lexmark, so things could change drastically. Some change has already started by losing some great people that couldn't handle the uncertainty. Others changes have been seen in more "corporate" procedures being implemented which has taken away a sense of ownership of your process and results.
