      Avantages

      Decent working environment in terms of comfort and friendly coworkers. Plenty of overtime and good benefits are a plus. Somewhat flexible hours available.

      Inconvénients

      The current owner is a controller and micromanager. Tempers, hot heads, and belittling employees is a common practice. There is a lack of chain of command frequently.

      Avantages

      RadTech was an excellent place to work. The people were very team oriented and everyone's input was valued in the company's decisions.

      Inconvénients

      There were a few times where the ability to scale or take a risk was there but was not capitalized on and the company may have suffered because of it.
