Réponse de RULESWARE
7yIt is only very rarely that we need to let people go at Rulesware. Dismissals only happen after numerous opportunities to correct behavior and improve performance, but of course, when they do happen, emotions are high. We understand that, and also understand that sometimes dismissed employees feel the need to lash out at the company, and at the leadership team that decided to let them go.
That said, I was surprised that this dismissed employee views Rulesware's commitment to training as a negative. Most people are happy - and in fact often amazed - by the many months devoted to their training as we help them to complete key certifications that qualify them to work on client projects. It's true that we ask people not to commit to expensive training and certifications if they do not intend to stay with the company, which is a policy I stand by.
I hope this person finds a better fit quickly.
