Avantages
The laptop provided is a decent laptop. I like my co-workers they are all nice.
Inconvénients
Management does not see you as a human but as a number to pursue the needs of retention. You do not matter to RUI at all. Management has made it a struggle since I was brought onboard. When we started we had a 10 minute bathroom break but that has been removed . When going to bathroom you have to ask for permission like a student in school. Doing so without asking permission can lead to your termination. Things will change rapidly and suddenly making the day worse. Such as, management will give us new programs without any training and expect us to use them properly immediately. The pay is terrible. You have to be on camera at all times while not the worst thing in the world if I getup and stretch I can expect a message asking where I went to.
