Perspective commerciale
Avantages
-Consulting jobs require the highest level of experience. Not likely that a very senior person will be asked to do low level work just for billable hours. -Choice on what projects to take. That means no travel if you don't want and its not held against you! -No overtime unless the client pays you for it. -Great Managing Director and team working hard to keep you staffed between projects.
Inconvénients
-Little training offered or difficult to access it if available. -Didn't feel like an employee of RGP but more connected to the client culture.
