Blue chip clients, good hourly rate, work life balance, interesting colleagues
Inconvénients
RGP charges higher hourly rates than other service providers such as RHI and on the other end Big 4 has been cutting rates to compete in the more crowded middle/hybrid consultant/interim roles. The result is longer time on the bench for consultants which is unpaid. Scoping meetings with clients are not paid. No visibility into what in the pipleline - Client Service Managers are perceived to play favourites
