      - Flexible scheduling - Spacious clinic

      Inconvénients

      - Inconsistent hours - Constant miscommunication among management - Lack of consistent/efficient supervision for new therapists - Unethical procedures - Old and broken toys for clients - Consistently broken cleaning materials (vacuum, etc.)

      Thank you for your feedback so we can improve ourselves. We continuously strive to work on developing a more stronger communication system within the organization. We have added more layers to our team structure to improve. We urge you to bring any unethical practices to the management team or head of company as soon as observed so necessary steps to correct the situation can be taken.

      Avantages

      Supportive work environment, competent management. Everyone working here seems to want to advance their knowledge and make a difference in their clients' lives.

      Inconvénients

      Like any ABA client/session situation, you don't work 9-5 and work depends on client availability, but management works to keep work as consistent as they can.

      None. There are no pros working for this company.

      Inconvénients

      Unfortunately people claim to have licenses they don’t actually have. Highly unethical practice, repeatedly shouting at kids with the same instruction until “compliance” Staff are expected to drive the clients to and from the clinic to keep the business going
