      Fair compensation, creativity is encouraged, no micromanagement, everyone's opinions count, and a pleasant small company vibe.

      Inconvénients

      Since the office is in Quebec and I live in Michigan there is very little face time with my coworkers.

      Travail à domicile, bon salaire

      Inconvénients

      Microgestion excessive : tout le monde craint la PDG et lui dit seulement ce qu'elle veut entendre au lieu de partager la vérité sur la réalité. Environnement hautement toxique, beaucoup de ragots, de favoritisme et de misogynie.
