Avantages
Excellent dispatchers/staff on tanker side, new equipment, good mileage, top pay in industry, right now tankers get .465 starting out before fuel bonus, avg 2500 miles on weeks you're out. All in all a stellar company to begin a trucking career, I've almost completed my first year and have had an absolutely fantastic experience.
Inconvénients
The same major con for all typical trucking companies, they don't pay the miles we actually have to drive, they calculate the shortest route from zip code to zip code, when we almost ALWAYS take the safer and less time consuming route. That's simply unfair. However this is typical of most trucking companies for their company drivers, not just prime, but if Robert Lowe wants to stand out as an unmatched fleet, change this :)!!!!
