      disciplined company well structured company

      Inconvénients

      Treats interns like invisible furniture until something goes wrong. Has zero idea what to do with interns, yet keeps recruiting them anyway. No onboarding, no explanations — just “figure it out or suffer”. Managers disappear like ghosts the moment you ask a question. Gives interns random, useless tasks that teach absolutely nothing. Communication is so bad it feels like the company runs on telepathy. Expects interns to magically know everything while offering no guidance at all.
