Avantages
Polytec is a unique company as it serves many industries. The work is diverse and the environment stimulating. The main focus is to do what is in the best interest of the customer, which makes for a great team spirit. Turn-over is low as there is room for personal and professional growth. Polytec is a solid company to work for where loyalty and individuality is still valued.
Inconvénients
Guidance is provided, but you sometimes need to ask for it. We are expected to be self-starters, which is a Pro for me, but could be Con for somebody else.
