      Nice offices but we are expected to be on client site for billable hours.

      Inconvénients

      Rank and file are pressured to work long hours. Lip service to career development and DEI. Driven by profit and margins.

      Avantages

      They sponsored my work visa, handled my relocation to New Zealand, and you remain on full pay even when you’re in the hub or not yet deployed to a client.

      Inconvénients

      The main downside is the pay, which is lower than other companies, and the promotion process can be slow—some deserving colleagues have been waiting years.
