Avantages
Some of the people who work there were fantastic and made the very stressful environment bearable. If you like free wine with your lunch then bring a glass.
Inconvénients
There are many so i'll try to condense it. No respect for customer base who are bombarded with phone calls for weeks even after they've asked repeatedly not to be called. There were also blatant lies told to customers about the wines. Further, unscrupulous methods were encouraged when selling to what would be called the 'vulnerable' because short term gain is what this company looks for. High turnover of staff because the work/life balance in skewed towards the business so much so that along with the pressure burns out many. I personally saw near a dozen leave in the 6 months i was there. I would just avoid because the business model is so out dated that their 'premium' wines are far easily outshines by the multitude of other wine merchants/outlets that do not pride themselves on outdated business practices and pseudo Glengarry Glen Ross selling techniques.
