Unaddressed Serious Management Issues - Avis employé Guest Group Coordinator Phantom Ranch Bible Camp

My job description was subject to significant changes once or twice a year. Middle level management responds to constructive criticism very aggressively and with close-mindedness. There was no exit interview, even when given 4 weeks notice of the end of a 4 year employment. Tasks that were delegated to my job description by the executive director were not communicated to my direct supervisor and they continued to be done by said supervisor.
