There is little to no diversity, and racial bias is a serious concern. Departments aren’t clearly defined; for example, the finance manager is expected to handle HR, sales, and marketing simultaneously. Feedback is not welcomed; leadership often reacts negatively to questions or suggestions. Growth opportunities are almost nonexistent, and many employees appear to be retained more for personal connections with the founders than merit. While not every individual in the company is difficult, the culture set by leadership makes it hard to thrive. As other reviews point out, it’s strange to see “no cons” listed repeatedly, clearly not the reality.
