      Nothing I can think about.

      Inconvénients

      They market themselves to clients as AI specialists, but in reality, everything runs off spreadsheets. There’s no proper tech infrastructure, no operational strategy, and certainly no forward thinking or vision. The leadership team are all friends with one another and seem to lack any real moral compass. Everyone in senior management speaks Spanish, if you don’t, you’ll struggle to progress and will likely feel completely excluded. It’s honestly unclear why they’re even based in London. There are no benefits, no perks, and it’s not what I’d call a serious consultancy. Staff turnover is constant, and the overall environment is incredibly toxic. I wouldn’t recommend working there to anyone.

      Avantages

      What I love most of being part of a fast-growing technology company, is the possibility of being challenged at my job, have the opportunity to learn, of being part of a team who cares what and how we do it and least but not less important cares about people. All voices are heard and all opinions count. We work remotely and are spread all over the world, but we are able to meet with our colleagues in our offices, which are mainly spread across Europe, North America and Latin America. Diversity, good vibes and doing our best, that's what Parser feels like for me.

      Inconvénients

      As we are growing fast, we know we still have some things to improve in our processes to have a better flow. But we are aware and working on it as we want our best experience for all.
