Fun people, clients are interesting and diverse
Inconvénients
Product/service can be overpriced for clients, hard to explain, and the vision is tough to see. Sales reps are scared to underperform because there's a fast trigger on firing reps. Giving a 30-day PIP shouldn't always result in a firing after 1 week OTE is unrealistic and misleading. Leads don't align with priorities and either go nowhere or we are told to pass off to off-shored SDR team
