      Avantages

      Overall, the people within the company are great to work with and the products are exceptional. The vision of the company is strong and they are able to execute well on the strategy.

      Inconvénients

      Too much bureaucracy. Intense silos with lots of politics. Top-down management approach that doesn't encourage or reward creativity from the trenches.

      Avantages

      Great people, customers, products. The culture has improved significantly over the past 5 years or so, and now feels like a relatively modern software company. Exec leadership is very good, Neil is fantastic.

      Inconvénients

      Mid-level exec leaders, VP level, are still very political. Salaries are way below average.
