      Avantages

      The people that work here are all incredibly approachable and helpful in every possible situation. Very friendly and work oriented coworkers that drive performance. Flexible on hours and understanding of personal lives.

      Inconvénients

      Sometimes there can be a lull if there is a light workload, but overall not too much of an issue on day to day operations.

      Avantages

      Great people, customers, products. The culture has improved significantly over the past 5 years or so, and now feels like a relatively modern software company. Exec leadership is very good, Neil is fantastic.

      Inconvénients

      Mid-level exec leaders, VP level, are still very political. Salaries are way below average.
