Perspective commerciale
Avantages
For the most part, a true meritocracy. Your career is only limited by your own capability. Great co-workers within global services and technical support. Historically very focused on the direct sales organization (CEO was from sales) but recently has transitioned to be a more balanced environment across sales, service and R&D.
Inconvénients
Intense quarterly focus limits potential for innovation but this is true of most all publicly traded companies and not endemic to PTC.
