      The company cares about the employees and their families. The company, even during the crisis, was committed to not fire the employees.

      Inconvénients

      It is hard to be promoted as they preferred to hire externally for the new positions. The salaries are low.

      Remote job and really no structure

      Don’t waste your time working here - terrible culture, management, everyone is so rude starting with the HR. This company has zero innovation.

      Avantages

      Supposedly the largest Spanish media conglomerate. Has huge ambitions in LATAM. Digital department is started recently to target LATAM countries.

      Inconvénients

      PRISA Digital is going downhill. They act as if they have capital but no. The company is in deep troubles. Pple are laid off and fired. Management pple are playing politics how to stay alive by firing the others.
