Not many cons, compensation could be better

I thoroughly enjoyed my time working at PEX. What stood out most to me was the emphasis on work-life balance. The work culture is collaborative and inclusive, making it easy to share ideas and feel heard.

There really aren't any major downsides to working at PEX. However, like any organization, there are always areas for continued growth.
