      Great team of people all really willing to help one another and who are really passionate about what they do. Good learning and development opportunities as well as a great variation in work. Outset also embraces flexible working!!

      Inconvénients

      As its a small company there are not many opportunities to be promoted into however as a business they do make sure that you always have challenging work.
