      Avantages

      Mostly remote, uncapped commission, but the twist is, they're struggling to find clients. Colleagues were good in Toronto, but majority of the team is based in Europe.

      Inconvénients

      Toxic culture which started from management, pressure of unrealistic quotas, which management blamed on the reps, leading too many firings. If your looking at applying here, make sure you connect with past employees to truly understand what you're signing up for.

      I loved being an intern there and the management was great

      Avantages

      Fair compensation, good product, great industry to sell into. There is a huge opportunity to make an impact both within the company as well as benefiting the world. Lots of autonomy to do your work and find your path to success. This comes with a high bar for results and extreme ownership.

      Inconvénients

      Working with the main team in Europe has its challenges (eg. time zone, market differences, culture, etc) but there is more autonomy. With autonomy, you really have to own your own success and you cannot blame others for your lack of results.
