I really appreciate the collaborative culture at OneReach. Overall a supportive environment of continuous learning and teamwork.

There are no cons I can think of.

Company is formed on a good ideas. OneReach built a solid orchestration platform and has impressive customers to prove it. Most people are nice and are as helpful as can be. Definitely a good place to learn about ai.

Too many to list. The product was ahead of the curve yet lately I see lots of products with similar functionality. Leadership team is non existent and not clear where we are going. Sales are slow, Customer satisfaction is low and some people in the company are just toxic,
