      Avantages

      Low pressure environment. When a release was late they would move date so you didn't have to work late or on weekends.

      Inconvénients

      Older technology that won't advance career. Projects disorganized or at least not well communicated.

      Avantages

      Friendly co-workers with a sense of family. A lot of open-ness from top management. Performance matters and is encouraged. Work-life balance.

      Inconvénients

      Small company trying to emerge from a legacy technology into the latest advances. Things are still early to tell about how the marketplace shakes out.
