Caring and helpful coworkers, also the doctors do care about their patients just don't want to put money into their practice.
Inconvénients
No manager for more than 7 months at this point, doctors want u to work understaffed so they don't have to hire, tell u to streamline your work but won't pay to go electronic. "Fill in manager" tries to pit people against eachother, talks about them behind their backs, instead of listening or trying to resolve issues, and would rather tell u to quit playing "victim". My last week of my two week notice they hired two people, one worked one day never came back. Dead end job. Once two eldest docs retire, oim won't last long
