      -Free snacks in stocked company kitchen -Decent Health benefits -Flexible in/out times (Flextime)

      Inconvénients

      -Antiquated back end systems - Very long sales cycle due to lack of employer marketing -Unattainable goals - ALOT of account vetting to ensure within correct tier - TOO much customer service work to effectively sell ALL the time - Dis-jointed communication between satellite office and corp office

      Avantages

      Lots of opportunity for improvement. Cool projects to work on and some truly great people

      Inconvénients

      Being on-call because most SQL deployments were not tested and then waking up multiple nights in a row at 4 am. Do not attempt with small children.
