Our internship program is focused on learning and skill development, which means interns are not assigned to client projects and are therefore not expected to deliver commercial results. Senior team members often step aside from their own tasks to mentor interns, providing guidance and hands-on learning—while interns are generously compensated for their time. We value all feedback as it helps us continue improving the program.
