      Good management team. Rewarded worker's efforts

      Some production environments could have been thought through better but these were usually dictated by necessity.

      Neptco has gated parking for employees

      Inconvénients

      Works 7 days a week Out of 7 days a week it is mandatory to pick 3 days you can work 12 hours. Treated unfairly Everyone's pay is different even if they have the same experience. They expect you to work in snow storms if you dont make it in, you will be pointed. 50 some stairs you have to climb before you start your shift. Lots of safety hazards Unorganized Open door policy but literally watches from the camera in their office and wont open the door. Sexist company. Do not train enough Supervisors lie on you .
