Avantages
My initial experience was excellent. As soon as i joined my manager offered me a project based on my experience. I did well and earned fame in a short duration. For a smaller headcount in India it was a big achievement. However success comes with jealousy from other the non performers (former employees). The non performers got an opportunity as soon as the management got changed due to some organizational issues, i have to face the worst humiliation. Apart from my regular work i was active on other extra projects & process improvement initiates for the betterment of the organization. I was pulled of from the activities and asked to report to a junior in organizational hierarchy. Why because the new manager was religiously biased. I was not the only one impacted. The new manager tried to create a flock of his chosen ones. Anyways the best thing about the time is it's keep changing. Leadership is not about the group maker it's always about the flag bearer. The person was asked to leave with in 10 months. Worst time passed and new management stepped in. New people implemented performance based work culture and people were recognized on the basis of performance. If i leave those 10 months of my tenure, i would say Navisite is an excellent organization. I am still in touch with my initial manager and my last manager because of my performance not just because of good terms with the individual.
Inconvénients
I don't l know much about the current situation however back in 2018 Navisite was very dynamic organization. Things use to happen quickly. Good bad both. Means people got fame for good work and at the same time lost their jobs quickly too. Summary is job stability was a concern then. However India had a very small impact.
